We’re looking for a tremendously motivated and detail-oriented person to join our Partner Solutions team to help onboard the next wave of Greenlight for Bank and Greenlight for Credit Union Partners! We’re looking for a Partner Solutions Coordinator who is process focused, has strong interpersonal skills, and can work internally and externally to bring the best Greenlight experience to our Partners.
This role is perfect for a naturally inquisitive self-starter that loves to learn. This team is growing rapidly, moves fast, and is always hustling, so you will need to be able to effortlessly navigate several concurrent projects while finding opportunities to develop reproducible processes. You will vigorously measure and analyze results that you and your teammates can use to further enhance our partner relationships.
Your day-to-day:
- Support the onboarding and launch of new Greenlight for Bank and Greenlight for Credit Union Partners
- Build relationships across Greenlight and externally to help serve as the point of contact between partners and Greenlight for all things onboarding related
- When applicable, help to manage Greenlight program trainings with Partners
- Proactively spot and correct any issues affecting partner satisfaction or customer experience
- Analyze business processes to identify opportunities for product or process optimization to help Greenlight scale support for 300+ partners.
- Analyze business performance to identify opportunities for product or marketing optimization - then aid in driving opportunities from idea to scaled implementation across our partner base.
- Collaborate with business development leadership to manage internal reporting and forecasting and present progress and findings to leadership
What you’ll bring to the team:
- 1-3 years of experience in a partner management, customer success or service, project management, or a related role preferred
- Effective communication and relationship building skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a small team
- A strong desire to learn, grown, and take ownership
- Great organizational skills with attention to detail and processes
- Experience in banking, fintech, or related industries preferred
- Computer proficiency using MS Office tools like Excel and Word and/or Google suite like Sheets and Slides
- An ability to think analytically, support ideas with numbers, and story tell with data

Location: We are currently prioritizing candidates who are based in the greater Boston, Massachusetts or Atlanta, Georgia area.
