Gretel is hiring an Enterprise Account Executive (EAE) and is considering candidates based in NYC, San Francisco, San Diego, or Seattle-areas (remote) given current expansion plans.

The Impact You’ll Have

Youll be at the forefront of a rapidly evolving market, driving adoption of technology that enables secure and efficient access to data without compromising privacy. As an EAE, you will identify and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers within enterprise organizations, understanding their complex AI/ML development challenges and positioning Gretels solutions as the catalyst for their success. You will be a trusted advisor, guiding customers through the intricacies of synthetic data generation and demonstrating its value in accelerating their AI initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Analyze complex customer requirements related to AI/ML development, data privacy, and security.
Work with our technical pre-sales resources to design and propose tailored solutions leveraging Gretels synthetic data platform, showcasing its ability to address specific pain points and unlock new possibilities.
Lead the entire sales cycle from initial engagement to close, effectively articulating the technical and business value of Gretels platform to technical and executive audiences.
Proactively identify and qualify enterprise accounts with a high potential for leveraging Gretels solutions.
Continuously monitor the evolving Generative AI and ML landscape, staying abreast of emerging trends, competitive offerings, and customer needs.
Provide valuable market feedback to the product and engineering teams to inform product roadmap decisions.
Work closely with customer, product, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding, support, and ongoing success.
Requirements
8+ years of proven success in enterprise software or technology sales, with a strong focus on selling AI/ML related solutions or cloud platforms.
Technical understanding of Generative AI, Machine Learning, and data privacy concepts.
Demonstrated ability to dissect complex technical challenges and propose tailored solutions for enterprise customers.
Experience selling to technical audiences (developers, data scientists, machine learning engineers, etc.).
Proven ability to build strong relationships with senior technical and business stakeholders, establishing credibility and trust.
Consistent track record of exceeding sales quotas and achieving top performance.
Experience working in a high-growth SaaS or technology company.
Nice to Have
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related technical field.
Prior experience in data science, engineering, or related roles

Compensation
Employee compensation will be determined based on interview performance, level of experience, specialization of skills, and market rate. During the offer discussion, your recruiter will review the finalized base salary, bonus (for applicable roles), benefits and perks (additional information available on our career site), and stock options as they’ll be reflected in the offer letter.
Employees hired can expect the below information to reflect a reasonable estimate of the salary offered for this role. Salary ranges are updated regularly using premium market data. (Please note: it is unusual for new hires to receive a base salary at the top of the range. Additionally, the value of Gretel.ai’s stock options is not included in the salary bands and may represent a significant portion of your compensation.)
The anticipated on-target earnings (OTE) is $250,000-$350,000 USD, which is inclusive of base salary plus variable incentives, such as commissions and bonuses.
