Role Overview

The Subject Matter Expert for Fashion/Apparel provides thought leadership, strategic recommendations, and tailored support to our internal go-to-market teams and fashion clients. This role combines industry expertise with actionable insights to help customers build impactful influencer marketing programs. You’ll consistently stay on top of trends and collaborate with our internal teams, fashion clients, and members of our customer community to ensure they’re equipped to thrive in the ever-evolving fashion and apparel space.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Advisory & Strategy

  • Deliver regular updates for customers, highlighting performance insights, opportunities, and actionable strategies.
  • Conduct strategy consultations to address challenges, align goals with best practices, and provide tailored program recommendations.

Industry Expertise & Leadership

  • Monitor and share updates on industry trends, offering thought leadership to clients and internal teams.
  • Develop best practices and frameworks to guide influencer marketing strategies within the fashion industry.
  • Craft and advise on insightful content that adds value to our target audience & customers.

Community Support & Engagement

  • Engage with the customer community through workshops, live sessions, and curated resources.
  • Collaborate with learning teams to create content and share resources tailored for fashion brands.

Data-Driven Impact

  • Use analytics to inform recommendations, uncover opportunities, and measure campaign effectiveness.
  • Regularly review performance with clients to optimize strategies.

Requirements

Experience:

  • 5+ years in the fashion/apparel industry, ideally in influencer marketing, brand management, or a similar role.

Skills:

  • Expertise in influencer marketing, including emerging trends and key metrics.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills for customer-facing interactions.
  • Ability to analyze and synthesize data into actionable insights.
  • Customer engagement and relationship-building skills.

Knowledge:

  • Deep understanding of fashion and apparel industry dynamics, including consumer behavior, key players, and social media platforms.

Mindset:

  • Passion for the fashion and apparel space and influencer-driven marketing.
  • Collaborative approach, prioritizing team and customer success.

GRIN is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Final compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience as it relates to the role.
United States Annual Base Salary Range
$125,000$145,000 USD
