What You Will Do:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of Federal contracts at USDA delivering systems modernization solutions.
- Foster new and current relationships to drive new project revenue in the Federal Civilian space
- Play key role in captures of large and complex Technology opportunities, leveraging assets of Guidehouse
- Spearhead teaming with strategic partners/small businesses to win new digital-focused contracts
- Provide Executive oversight of IT client engagements ensuring delivery excellence
- Serve as the executive and point person in client communications to influence and manage key client relationships and align developer/client interactions
- Provide leadership and mentoring to geographically dispersed leaders and team members
- Build, manage and mature trusted client relationships and expectations before and throughout project lifecycle that deliver excellence in client satisfaction and referenceable client work.
What You Will Need:
- 15+ years of experience building/delivering technology solutions to include large-scale IT modernization initiatives and software development lifecycle methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.)
- Demonstrated experience in business development, capture, and proposal development for Federal IT contracts >$50m TCV (highly preferred)
- Strong professional network with Federal Civilian IT-focused clients, USDA a strong plus
- Demonstrated ability to drive new business in delivering systems modernization solutions leveraging relationships/teaming and subject matter expertise.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or IT-related strongly preferred
- Background in managing large enterprise level software development programs
- Willingness to travel, up to 25%
What Would Be Nice To Have:
- Certified PMP, CSM, AWS or other relevant certifications
- Well-versed in cloud migrations with leading Cloud Service Providers
- Excellent ability to multi-task
- Very good command of English – written and verbal
- Outstanding organization, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation communication skills
- Experience managing or mentoring other project managers
- Preference given to Candidates where there are Guidehouse offices
