What You Will Do:
- Report to and provide support for the OIR Administrative Office.
- Assist the OIR AO Staff and provide support for daily operations and workflow.
- Provide calendar management and data call consolidation and distribution for the OIR AO.
- Assist in planning and coordinating OIR AO meetings.
- Manage and file invoices and other procurement documents.
- Perform data entry and retrieval in NBS.
- Review travel authorization preparation.
- Assist with purchase request preparation.
- Enter award nominations in system.
- Assist with property and timekeeping.
- Provide document formatting for Excel, Adobe, and Word documents.
- Answer phone and direct calls to the appropriate personnel.
- Provide SharePoint site oversight and maintenance.
- Maintain OIR AO office supplies and oversee copier maintenance schedules.
What You Will Need:
- Bachelors Degree or High School Diploma and FOUR (4) years of additional experience in lieu of a Bachelors Degree.
- Minimum of TWO (2) years of experience.
- Experience performing administrative-related tasks.
- Competency in Word, Outlook, Excel, Adobe, and WebEx.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
What Would Be Nice To Have:
- Competency in NIH administrative systems: POTS, CGE.
- Experience working in a high-profile professional environment.
