Guidehouse is seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack- Developer with expertise in JavaScript, Python, and Django to build scalable, cloud-based applications. The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in full-stack development, with a focus on backend frameworks, modern frontend development, and experience deploying applications in the cloud (preferably AWS).

What You Will Do:

  • Develop and maintain scalable web applications using Python and Django on the backend.

  • Design and implement interactive, user-focused frontends using JavaScript and modern frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js).

  • Build RESTful APIs and integrate them with cloud-based services.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that meet business requirements.

  • Leverage AWS services (e.g., Lambda, S3, RDS) for deploying and scaling applications.


What You Will Need:

  • Must be a US Citizen or Green Card Holder

  • Bachelors degree is required or a Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience

  • Minimum of SIX (6) years of prior relevant experience in full-stack application development

  • Minimum of THREE (3) years of experience with cloud applications development to build /modernize applications and datasets into AWS cloud

  • Strong expertise in Python and Django for backend development.

  • Proficiency in JavaScript and modern frameworks like React, Vue, or Angular.

  • Familiarity with AWS cloud services and deploying applications in the cloud.

  • Experience working with relational databases like PostgreSQL or MySQL.

  • Strong understanding of full-stack development principles, including RESTful API design.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate in an Agile environment.


What Would Be Nice To Have:

  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Familiarity with serverless architecture on AWS (e.g., AWS Lambda, API Gateway).
  • Knowledge of frontend build tools like Webpack, Babel, etc.

The annual salary range for this position is $113,000.00-$188,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
