What You Will Do:

Assist and manage the deployment of mobile applications and security settings to support Decennial operations via mobile devices (Apple).
Help with Cloudflare on mobile devices, as well as configuring and deploying of devices (Intune, Apple Device, and Cloudflare/MS Defender.

What You Will Need:

At Minimum Four (4) years proven experience as Mobile Support Engineer
Bachelor’s degree. In lieu of degree Four (4) additional years of experience will be needed.
Demonstrated hands on experience managing MDM ( Mobile Device Management) policies using Microsoft Intune.
Demonstrated hands on experience deploying mobile applications using Microsoft Intune.
Demonstrated hands on experience documenting and training customers and coworkers on MDM solutions.
Expertise in application deployment and customizations using Intune.
Expertise deploying solutions to Apple devices (Ipad/iphones).
Experience deploying and managing security applications and settings on Apple devices to include Cloudflare, MS Defender, NIST 800-53.

What Would Be Nice To Have:

Experience with NIST 800-53.
Experience managing work in a federal government customer.

The annual salary range for this position is $100,200.00-$150,200.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
