This remote role is not tightly linked to a physical location and provides flexibility in where, when and how you accomplish your work. Remote employees are expected to have a dedicated, quiet and distraction-free work space and an internet connection that’s sufficient for completing their job remotely.

Job Summary

This position is responsible for creating, deploying, and administrating key sales programs and developing, communicating, and executing recognition programs for the U.S. market. This individual will work collaboratively with marketing, finance, legal, communications, and other cross-functional business owners on the design of these programs to ensure alignment with Harley-Davidson’s Hardwire II strategies. This role will assist the Director of Market Operations & Analytics in setting the strategic direction of the department and achieving key business objectives. 

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of sales programs including assembling supporting data and presenting proposals to North America leadership. 
  • Develop all related sales material necessary for a successful program launch and execution (including but not limited to dealer communications, terms and conditions and presentations) as well as serve as the point of contact for the field team. 
  • Manage HDMC’s relationship with the 3rd party provider responsible for delivering the performance group program. 
  • Lead the design and execution of recognition programs for the U.S. market. This includes determining performance metrics, program material, and recognition awards. 
  • Provide support and guidance to Market Operations & Analytics team members as needed to deliver quality work and achieve our business objectives.

Bachelors Degree Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing

Experience Requirements

  • Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills. 
  • Ability to handle ambiguous situations and information.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to develop effective internal business relationships.  
  • Ability to manage highly confidential and sensitive information.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

The pay range shown represents the national average pay range for this role. Your pay may be more or less than the stated range and is dependent on your geographic location and level of experience.
