Who you are:
The Project Manager, Revenue Operations, will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing complex systems implementation and business intelligence (BI) projects within the Revenue Operations department. This role will work cross-functionally with internal team members as well as stakeholders across Affiliates, Marketing, Customer Service, Support, Finance, and Product teams to ensure successful project outcomes, alignment with business goals, and on-time delivery. A successful candidate will possess strong leadership and communication skills, ensuring project milestones are met while managing risks and dependencies. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented and proactive individual with a proven track record in managing large-scale implementations and BI projects.

What youll be doing?

  • Lead and manage large systems implementation and business intelligence projects from initiation to completion, ensuring delivery is on time, within scope, and budget.
  • Collaborate closely with the VP of Revenue Operations to prioritize project objectives and align resources effectively.
  • Partner with stakeholders across departments to gather requirements, define project scope, and establish KPIs to measure project success.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocations, and manage risks and dependencies.
  • Facilitate project meetings, ensuring open communication among team members and stakeholders, and provide regular updates on project progress.
  • Identify and resolve issues promptly, using strong problem-solving skills and strategic thinking.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, department heads, and cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment on business goals and ensuring the project meets the needs of all parties involved.
  • Assist with change management efforts for system implementations, ensuring smooth transitions for end-users and addressing any resistance by providing training and communication strategies to facilitate adoption.
  • Document project processes and outcomes, generating insights and recommendations for continuous improvement in project execution.

What youll bring?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Project Management, or related field.
  • Experience with SaaS-based revenue models and their operational impacts.
  • 5-7 years of project management experience, with a focus on systems implementation and business intelligence.
  • Proven experience in managing large-scale, cross-functional projects in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Smartsheet).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with an ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Familiarity with Click-Up or similar project management tools
  • PMP, CAPM, or similar project management certification is a plus.
