About The Role
Are you skilled at breaking down complex technical concepts while also having the creative intuition to recommend high-value marketing campaigns? Hightouch is looking for a Solutions Consultant who will be in charge of helping educate and sell AI Decisioning to large enterprises.
A day in the life of an AI Decisioning Consultant will look like:
- Working with some of the largest companies in the world in a client-facing role
- Educating customers on the what and the why of AI Decisioning
- Scoping out use cases and selling the value of AI Decisioning in front of customer/prospective marketing, data, and data science teams
- Showcasing custom demos to help customers understand how AI Decisioning can fit into their business
- Owning the PoC process for AI Decisioning to help validate customer requirements
What Were Looking For
- 5-10 years of experience deploying or consulting on lifecycle or growth marketing campaigns
- Enterprise selling experience
- Strong discovery and interpersonal skills
- Intellectual curiosity, high ambition and humility
- Experience managing and executing technical projects with a customer-first attitude and a strong sense of empathy
Bonus If You Have
- Experience with Customer Data Platforms
- Experience selling Martech and/or Data Solutions
We are looking for talented, intellectually curious, and motivated individuals who are interested in tackling the problems above. We focus on impact and potential for growth more than years of experience. The salary range for this position is $170,000-$220,000 (70/30 split variable) USD per year.
