Senior Associates play an integral client-facing project or work-stream leadership role. While activities vary based on project size/scope and individual skill-sets and strengths, the Sr. Associate can expect to spend their time with a heavy focus on material client interaction through all projects, project management, intensive data-analysis and the identification for the “so-what’s” therein, and to creating compelling client-ready presentations. Additionally, the Sr. Associate will focus on developing Analysts and Coachees.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a field related to this position or equivalent work experience
  • 3-5 years of related experience with cloud implementations in a consulting role
  • End-to-end project implementation experience - specifically implementing EPM/CPM solutions
  • Preferred Certification in CCH Tagetiks module (e.g. Consolidation)
  • Strong technical expertise in consolidation frameworks and analytical reporting
  • 1-2 years xperience in designing, leading, and implementing consolidation projects in CCH Tagetik
  • Should possess a background in financial statement (Balance Sheet, Income Statements, Cash Flow) preparation and process improvement initiatives
  • Experience analyzing and ensuring the accuracy of Trial Balance and consolidated data
  • Ensures accuracy and integrity of financial data through rigorous data validation processes and controls
  • Experience managing and maintaining the ownership structure register, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records of ownership across all entities
  • Experience in elimination of intercompany transactions and balances to ensure accurate consolidated financial statements
  • Experience in developing and implementing cash flow reports and calculation
  • Experience as a functional application specialist
  • Excellent communication skills – oral and written – and the interpersonal skills needed to quickly establish relationships of trust and collaboration
  • The ability to train and participate in the professional development of Huron staff in both project management and technical dimensions
  • Proven ability to contribute on multiple projects of differing scale and duration
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed to work with client or other internal project teams

The estimated base salary range for this job is $120,000 - $145,000. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron’s pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $134,400 - $171,100. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
