Job Overview
Hypercare has experienced rapid expansion in the last few years and we recognize the need to establish a scalable go to market machine for continued success. The Head of Marketing will lead our marketing team and drive the overall marketing strategy to accelerate growth, enhance brand awareness, and position our company as a market leader in the clinical communication and collaboration space. This is a senior leadership role that requires a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in B2B omnichannel marketing, particularly within the healthcare or technology sectors. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing marketing strategies that drive revenue growth and customer engagement.

Key activities and responsibilities include the following:
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the companys business objectives, focusing on demand generation, brand positioning, and market penetration.
  • Demand Generation: Oversee multi-channel demand generation campaigns, including content marketing, SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, events, and webinars to drive qualified leads and sales pipeline growth.
  • Brand Positioning: Strengthen the company’s brand presence and thought leadership in the healthcare technology space through strategic messaging, PR, and content creation. Create meaningful marketing assets that support our Sales Teams ability to showcase Hypercares value proposition (e.g. case studies, one-pagers)
  • Metrics and Analytics: Establish KPIs, measure marketing performance, and optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights. Prepare and present regular reports on marketing activities and their impact on business objectives.
  • Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve the best ROI across all marketing initiatives.
  • Customer Engagement: Foster strong relationships with customers through targeted campaigns, case studies, testimonials, and events to enhance customer loyalty and advocacy.
  • Market Insights: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities; leverage insights to inform marketing strategies and product development.
  • Marketing Assets and Execution: Amplifying the story of success stories with our users and customers that represents the tone and brand values of Hypercare 
  • Team Management: Build, lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing marketing team, including digital marketing, content, product marketing, and communications professionals. Note: the team would need to be built from scratch by the successful candidate.
  • Product Marketing: Collaborate closely with product and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies, launch new products, and create compelling value propositions and sales enablement materials.

What does the Head of Marketing need in order to be successful in this role? Here are a few of the qualities that our team at Hypercare looks for:
  • 8+ years of marketing experience, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role within the B2B healthcare or technology sector.
  • Experience building and scaling a marketing team at a Series A to C company, ideally in the B2B healthcare space targeting medium to large enterprises with an Annual Contract Value (ACV) of $50K+ USD.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive growth in a B2B environment. In particular, experience creating and executing a scalable top-of-funnel strategy/playbook is highly desirable.
  • Strong experience in demand generation, product marketing, and brand positioning.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
  • Analytical mindset with expertise in using sales and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Salesforce) to drive decision-making.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present ideas and results clearly and persuasively to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, including regulatory considerations and market dynamics, is highly desirable.
