Were looking for a Junior Marketing Specialist to support key demand generation initiatives, ranging from digital campaign execution to marketing automation and process improvements. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including organic social media, paid digital marketing, and email marketing.
- Support the creation and optimization of landing pages, nurture sequences, and paid digital strategy to drive lead generation and conversion.
- Utilize HubSpot for building email workflows, sequences, and managing marketing automation tasks.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Contribute to improving team go-to-market efficiency by identifying opportunities for automation and process enhancements, such as automating social media posting.
- Stay updated with industry trends, particularly in AI and automation, to propose innovative marketing strategies.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of marketing experience; internship experience will be considered for recent graduates.
- Proficiency in HubSpot is highly desirable.
- Innovative thinker with a willingness to test boundaries and explore new ideas.
- Team player with strong organizational and communication skills.
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Interest in AI and automation technologies.

Additional Information
- This is a hybrid role, with 2-3 days in-office at our NYC headquarters in midtown Manhattan

Salary Range: $50,000 - $70,000 (USD)
Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of our total compensation package that also includes equity, benefits, and other opportunities at HYPR. Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, and balancing internal equity relative to other HYPRions. We expect the majority of the candidates who are offered roles at HYPR to fall healthily throughout the range based on these factors.
