About the Role
iCapital is seeking a highly motivated Vice President to manage the Data Operations, Partner Integrations Document team. The ideal candidate will lead client integration meetings, collaborate with our partners to establish clear requirements and implement detailed project plans. This role requires a deep understanding of data architecture, workflow management, and system integration patterns, particularly related to alternative investments documents. This individual will work closely with fund administrators, transfer agents, fund managers, custodians, and other service providers, ensuring seamless integration.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain document integration solutions to connect external systems with the iCapital platform.
- Develop and enforce document integration standards and guidelines to ensure consistency, scale and quality across projects.
- Serve as the program management lead in external document integration meetings, confidently addressing and resolving technical queries.
- Conduct thorough integration scoping sessions with fund administrators and transfer agents to define needs and requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for document integration solutions.
- Eliminate one-off or bespoke integrations and implement scalable solutions benefiting all investment positions serviced by each fund administrator and transfer agent.
- Ensure the scalability and reliability of document integration solutions to support business growth and meet or exceed client expectations.
- Monitor and optimize document integration performance, identifying and resolving bottlenecks and issues ensuring completeness and accuracy of document posting.
- Maintain detailed documentation of document integration processes, configurations, and changes.
- Define KPIs aligned with company goals and manage measurement and reporting to all levels of the organization.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of leading project teams and managing complex integration projects
- Deep understanding of the alternative investment ecosystem, including fund administrators, custodians, and other service providers
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to address complex technical questions, specifically from partners
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with partners and executive management
- Strong interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships and achieving business results with a detail-oriented with a customer-centric focus
- Entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to manage projects from start to finish and overcome operational bottlenecks
Benefits
The base salary range for this role is $150,000 to $180,000. iCapital offers a compensation package which includes salary, equity for all full-time employees, and an annual performance bonus. We believe the best ideas and innovation happen when we are together. Employees in this role will work in the office Monday-Thursday, with the flexibility to work remotely on Friday.
