About the Role

iCapital is looking for a Vice President of Global Benefits to oversee global benefits management and strategic execution of functional initiatives. Reporting to the Global Head of Total Rewards, this role collaborates with internal and external partners to align benefits with iCapital’s values and culture. The role ensures effective and efficient operations for global benefits while optimizing benefits investment.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Head of Total Rewards on develop, maintain and scale global benefits strategies while providing benefits that meet the varied needs of employees, local regulations, company culture, and business requirements.
  • Provide leadership and oversight of benefit vendors (i.e. brokers, consultants, insurance carriers, record-keepers), trustees and other administrative and/or legislative agencies; evaluate and recommend outside business partners based on performance and value to support iCapital’s benefit requirements.
  • Organize, create, and maintain standard operating procedures, including system and process documentation.
  • Successfully oversee the integration and harmonization of benefits packages for colleagues joining iCapital through acquisition.
  • Utilize data analytics to assess the effectiveness of benefit programs, using benchmarking and market positioning to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and manage cost-effective ways to attain and administer global benefit programs in locally relevant ways.
  • Maintain documentation and reporting requirements related to benefits programs, ensuring all programs comply with local labor laws and regulations across regions.
  • Prepare and present reports to functional senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations on total rewards strategies.
  • Develop communication tools and documents, driving effective communication of benefit strategies and programs.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in benefits management, with a focus on building and managing business aligned benefit programs; preferably gained while working for a global organization
  • Strong knowledge of US and global benefits best practices, regulations and trends
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and present findings effectively
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and proven flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and priorities
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively across cultures and functions

Benefits

The base salary range for this role is $155,000 to $180,000. iCapital offers a compensation package which includes salary, equity for all full-time employees, and an annual performance bonus. Employees also receive a comprehensive benefits package that includes an employer matched retirement plan, generously subsidized healthcare with 100% employer paid dental, vision, telemedicine, and virtual mental health counseling, parental leave, and unlimited paid time off (PTO).

We believe the best ideas and innovation happen when we are together. Employees in this role will work in the office Monday-Thursday, with the flexibility to work remotely on Friday.
