The Global Marketing Excellence (GME) organization is responsible for developing impactful global marketing strategies and the stewards of the Insulet and Omnipod brands including the global Omnipod.com website. The overall GME organization includes Brand, Creative and the Digital marketing teams.

The Account Manager position requires a dynamic individual with a keen eye for detail, consistency, brand tenants, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple creative projects simultaneously. A strong background and knowledge of creative and marketing services/workflows/creative assets, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with creative and internal teams, to ensure creative assets are delivered on time and with excellence.
The ideal candidate will thrive in an autonomous work environment, demonstrating the ability to manage projects independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and make informed decisions with minimal supervision. The person in this role will be responsible for supporting the development of creative and communication assets, including video, print, website and digital media, based on predetermined creative campaign strategies. This person will be accountable for delivering core marketing materials for a variety of internal stakeholders – product franchise owners, International and US downstream Consumer and HCP Marketing teams and corporate communications at times. This person will work closely with other parts of the GME team to help drive the core GME vision.
This person will report to the Senior Marketing Manager, Marketing Services, Global Marketing Excellence.
Responsibilities:
Support brand stewardship by advising and creating marketing materials based on predetermined Omnipod creative strategies—this person is the key to ensuring the brand strategies come to life throughout the rest of the marketing touchpoints.
Lead production / execution requirements for a variety of projects to ensure brand assets are delivered to the right specs.
Support the GME digital team, US & International Marketing team in the development / facilitation and implementation of webpages on Omnipod.com. Ensures internal marketing teams are working together to ensure consistent voice.
Leads the process and holds team accountable to a timeline and once MLR approved (internal legal review process), proofs and validates production site before going live.
With the support of the GME, Asset manager source, resize and secure photography assets for web pages as needed.
Seek continuous improvement and work closely with marketing operations to develop, design, implement and optimize creative project workflows. This involves optimizing internal resource allocation, reducing bottlenecks, and eliminating unnecessary steps to expedite delivery.
Manage expectations, objectives, timelines and – negotiate dates and scopes of work as needed.
Provide creative feedback and input based on internal marketing teams communications and project briefs.
Ensure all creative outputs are aligned with internal expectations and brand guidelines.
Collaborate closely with the rest of the GME team to plan and forecast budgetary requirements to optimize resource allocation for creative projects
Performs other duties as required such as helping to oversee video shoots etc.

Education and Experience
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (preferred field of study Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field)
5+ years of relevant experience in a consumer or healthcare marketing-driven organization
Preferred
Experience in marketing a consumer and/or RX product and managing large media budgets
Experience with diabetes and medical device and / or healthcare experience / HIPPA regulated products
Physical / Working time Requirements (if applicable):
Travel is estimated to be 30% inclusive of international travel
Job operates in EST. Ability to support early morning meetings as needed to support international projects
Preferred driving distance to Acton office to support semi-regular on-site meeting, could be up to 2-3 days per month
In addition, candidates must be able to travel to (this is not an exhaustive list) and available for calls with international partners- For example:
Creative shoots (up to 6-12 days a year)
Field Sales Marketing Immersion (2-4 days a year)
International initiatives (up to 4 times a year- 10 days a year)
Project-related diabetes events, tradeshows, or conferences, often on weekends/holidays (few times a year).
NOTE: This position is eligible for 100% remote working arrangements (may work from home/virtually 100%; may also work hybrid on-site/virtual as desired). ## LI-Remote
Additional Information:
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $110,925.00 - $166,387.50. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position in the primary work location in the US. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
