Assists manufacturers to operate more efficiently by identifying and measuring problems, and recommending, customizing, and implementing solutions surrounding patient support services, including access, hub, copay, and affordability solutions, as well as field-based solutions (e.g., FRMs, CNEs).

Works directly with life sciences clients and internal stakeholders to provide value-added input, improve processes, and lead content development focused on strategic and operational issues impacting patient access to care. Works directly with IQVIA’s Patient Support Services team across multiple clients.

  • Delivers high quality, on-time deliverables to client RFPs in the life sciences field in the realm of patient support and adjacent topics. Performs quantitative or qualitative analysis to identify client issues.
  • Reviews and analyzes client requirements and develops insightful, value add proposals; communicates with clients; develops and may present complete client-specific solutions and recommendations. 
  • Connects business problems to proper solutions and offerings.  Primarily solution driven. Develops and/or elevates new business opportunities.
  • Participates or leads teams in the design, development, and delivery of proposed solutions in support of Patient Support Services (PSS) goals and objectives.
  • Understands and analyzes client requirements or problems and assists in the development of proposals, solutions documentation, storyboarding, product demo content, etc.
  • Develops detailed documentation and specifications.
  • Performs qualitative and/or quantitative analyses to assist in the identification of client issues and the development of client specific solutions.
  • May deliver some findings to clients.
  • Recommends improvements and alternative solutions to resolve problems.
  • Contributes to thought leadership strategy and content development.
  • Actively participates and contributes to the ongoing development and improvement of internal work processes (for example, RFP process, bid defense, strategic planning, etc.)
  • Serves as a solutions-based team member, internally and externally, by applying consultative problem-solving skills.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • US Remote/Home based.
  • 3 – 5 years of related experience in consulting and/or life sciences industry.
  • MS Office suite including strong MS Excel and PowerPoint required.
  • Excellent presentation, communication and client influencing skills.
  • Experienced with developing consultative relationships with senior level managers and executives at clients in the life science industry.
  • Possesses solid organizational skills and client influencing and relationship building skills.
  • Works willingly and effectively with others in and across the organization to accomplish team goals.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, juggle priorities and deliver on tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of consulting methodologies, tools and techniques related to functional area.
  • Knowledge of key issues and current developments in the life science industry.
  • Has necessary subject matter expertise to effectively manage solutions within Patient Support Services.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $90,800.00 - $151,300.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
