As an OD partner, you will design and implement strategic organizational leadership and talent development initiatives across the global company, focusing on North America. You will partner and collaborate with key stakeholders and ensure all programs are aligned with business goals.
As an Organizational Development Partner in JFrog you will...
- Design and deliver organization development strategies and solutions that align with JFrog’s business objectives and help drive JFrog’s growth.
- Define and implement strategies and approaches to identify, assess, and develop current and potential leaders.
- Develop engaging and innovative talent and leadership development programs.
- Develop, improve, and reinforce strategies, structures, and processes, such as employee surveys, engagement processes, performance management, and more.
- Drive JFrog’s unique culture transformation by driving programs and initiatives.
- Support the evolving needs of the business by designing and leading change management efforts aligned with the global change strategy.
- Collaborate with HR and business partners across the organization
- Coach and advise business partners and leaders on organization development-related topics.
- Contribute to organizational development team efforts to capture and share standards, best practices, external benchmarks, and innovative practices related to culture, change management, team effectiveness, strategy operationalization, organizational design, and organizational diagnosis.
To be an Organizational Development Partner in JFrog you need...
- Bachelors degree in a related field with 6+ years of experience in organizational development or similar work experience in a global high-tech organization.
- Experience in working in a dynamic and complex environment.
- Execution-focused, dynamic, and with demonstrated experience in managing projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Up-to-date with the latest OD developments (theory and technology) and best practices.
- Experience partnering across HR to drive integrated solutions that improve business outcomes.
- Expertise in change management. Provides recommendations and designs and delivers actionable solutions.
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Curious, fast learner with an attention to detail.
WHAT JFROG CAN OFFER…
- At JFrog, base salary is only one component of our compensation package.
- This position has a base salary range between $150,000 to $180,000. Base salary will be based on your skills, qualifications, experience and location.
- This position also includes an equity package of restricted stock units (RSU). In addition, JFrog employees are eligible to participate in our Employee Stock Purchase Plan.

- JFrog embraces hybrid work: 3 days in office / 2 days remote.
