Were seeking a results-driven Partner Development Manager to join our fast-growing Channel Partner Development team. This individual will be responsible for developing new business opportunities through recruiting, enabling, and co-selling with high-impact channel partners. You will drive revenue, deliver measurable results, and act as a key connector between partners and JFrog’s internal sales, technical, and product teams.
As a Partner Development Manager in JFrog you will...
- Own the partner lifecycle – recruit, onboard, enable, and co-sell with strategic channel partners to drive customer adoption and revenue growth.
- Develop and execute Joint Partner Business Plans that align with JFrog’s strategic goals, accelerate revenue, and target new markets.
- Create and lead go-to-market strategies with selected partners to expand JFrog’s reach in enterprise accounts.
- Drive top-line revenue growth and meet/exceed pipeline and quota targets through partner engagement.
- Analyze sales and partner performance data using Salesforce and other tools to optimize strategy and improve outcomes.
- Deliver regular business reviews to JFrog leadership and partner executives to ensure continued alignment and momentum.
- Evangelize JFrog’s partner value proposition internally and externally; share success stories across sales and technical teams.
To be a Partner Development Manager in JFrog you need...
- 8–10+ years of experience in partner sales or business development, preferably in software/SaaS, with a strong track record of quota achievement.
- Proven ability to build and scale partner relationships that deliver measurable revenue impact.
- A self-starter mindset with strong ownership, curiosity, and a drive to learn and improve continuously.
- Excellent communication and executive presence – able to influence senior stakeholders internally and externally.
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills – metrics-driven and comfortable using tools like Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable with enterprise software concepts and able to ramp up quickly on new technologies.
- Highly organized with excellent time management, follow-through, and problem-solving abilities.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent.
WHAT JFROG CAN OFFER…
- At JFrog, base salary is only one component of our compensation package.
- This position has a base salary range between $105,000 to $120,000. Base salary will be based on your skills, qualifications, experience and location.
- Additionally, this role may be eligible for discretionary bonuses or commission payments.
- This position also includes an equity package of restricted stock units (RSU). In addition, JFrog employees are eligible to participate in our Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
