As the Senior DevSecOps Engineer at JFrog, you will be instrumental in driving the security aspects of software development and distribution for some of the worlds leading organizations. Your role will focus on delivering hands-on presales support and Proof of Concept (POC) implementations, ensuring that our clients can seamlessly integrate JFrog’s security solutions into their DevOps practices. You will work closely with a dynamic team and collaborate across departments to enhance the security posture of our clientele.

As a Senior DevSecOps Engineer in JFrog you will...

Lead Technical Delivery: Drive security-focused Proof of Concepts (POCs) and provide hands-on support to ensure successful integration of JFrog’s security solutions into DevOps workflows.
Act as a Subject Matter Expert: Guide clients and internal teams on best practices for DevSecOps, developing standardization guides, security playbooks, and implementation documentation.
Enable Clients & Internal Teams: Conduct training sessions, develop enablement materials, and maintain a demo repository to enhance understanding of JFrog’s security offerings.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with sales, product management, R&D, and marketing to tailor solutions, gather product feedback, and drive continuous improvement.
Drive Market Awareness: Stay updated on security trends, compliance requirements, and emerging threats, sharing insights to enhance JFrog’s security strategies.
Enhance Technical Sales Efficiency: Develop repeatable technical sales plays and ensure seamless integration into training programs and client engagements.
Engage with Customers: Build strong relationships, act as a trusted security advisor, and represent JFrog in customer meetings, webinars, and industry events.

To be a Senior DevSecOps Engineer in JFrog you need...

Technical Expertise: 5+ years in security architecture, DevSecOps, or a related field, with strong knowledge of security principles, compliance standards, vulnerability management, CI/CD practices, and cloud infrastructure.
Hands-On Skills: Experience with DevOps tools (e.g., Artifactory, Jenkins, Kubernetes, Docker), DevSecOps tools (e.g., Snyk, Sonatype, Blackduck), and cloud services.
Soft Skills: Strong planning, execution, and communication abilities to articulate complex security concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).

WHAT JFROG CAN OFFER…

At JFrog, base salary is only one component of our compensation package.
This position has a base salary range between $150,000 to $180,000. Base salary will be based on your skills, qualifications, experience and location.
This position also includes an equity package of restricted stock units (RSU). In addition, JFrog employees are eligible to participate in our Employee Stock Purchase Plan.

JFrog embraces hybrid work: 3 days in office / 2 days remote.
Additionally, this role may be eligible for discretionary bonuses or commission payments.
