Your Responsibilities
As a Electronic Design Engineer for Intelligent Solutions Group (Fargo - Plant) located in Fargo, ND, you will:
• Designs, modifies, and evaluates defined portions of electronic products for use in rugged environments to meet quality, delivery, and cost goals.
• Performs requirements capture, design concepting, detailed worst-case circuit analysis, simulation, integration, and verification for projects basic in scope.
• Selects components based on analysis of specifications and reliability.
• Operates in a team environment, providing input to design solutions and participating in design reviews.
• Develops recommendations within established guidelines; work and decisions are reviewed by supervisors before implementation.
• Performs failure analysis of warranty returns identifying root cause and providing corrective action

What Skills You Need
• Ability to technically comprehend microprocessor-based embedded electronic hardware and software designs and requirements.
• Ability to perform routine engineering work requiring application of standard engineering techniques, procedures, and criteria in carrying out engineering tasks.
• Able to make preliminary selections or adaptations of engineering alternatives.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to technically comprehend testing, manufacturing, quality control, and marketing requirements
