Solution Architect - Indaiatuba/SP

As a Solutions Architect on the Human Resources Operations Team at John Deere, based at the headquarters in Indaiatuba/SP, your role will focus on: architecting solutions to enable Human Resources to run their daily operations as efficiently as possible

Principais Responsabilidades

• Architect solutions that will enable Human Resources to run their daily operations as efficiently as possible;
• Partner closely with product management and engineering, maintaining a deep understanding of the organizations vision, intent, and roadmap for their digital products;
• Execute proof-of-concept activities to validate technologies for a given purpose; work closely with product managers and stakeholders to ensure desired capabilities are met; 
• Act as a technology leader, providing technical assistance, guidance, and guardrails for all technologies across multiple product teams;
• Deliver digital solution architecture services as assigned, preparing conceptual and logical architecture diagrams to align technical direction and document future-state architectures; 
• Document complex as is and to be processes and describe the changes required to migrate to the to be capability to record accurately the change required;
• Explore and develop a detailed understanding of external developments or emerging issues and contribute to the evaluation of their potential impact on, or usefulness to, the organization; 
• Support strategy formulation for digital by exploring how information technology can be used to help the organization become more responsive to customer needs and changing business requirements.

Habilidades Que Você Precisa

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer/Software Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology discipline;
• Advanced English: broad vocabulary, good grammar, conducts meetings, argues, negotiates and provides training;
• Experience with extensive technical knowledge and background across a wide breadth of IT systems and technologies; 
• Experience in working with applications, data, infrastructure, and/or IT security;
• Experience in working with custom-built and purchased commercial-off-the-shelf systems;
• Demonstrated effective verbal and written communication skills with emphasis on persuasive communication, tact, and negotiation; 
• Building effective & meaningful relationships across different stakeholders to gain trust and understand business needs.

O Que Faz Destacar

• Experience working with teams in other regions of the world;
• Experience with cloud technologies including AWS;
• Experience dealing with SAP, SAP Cloud or HCM products; 
• Experience using Databricks, EDL, GitHub, SQL, and Python; 
• Experience with modelling languages (such as UML or FMC), technical writing, decision analysis techniques, or exposure to Enterprise Architecture practices; 
• Familiarity with IT HR and its processes;
• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
