About the Role

The AI Video Content Coordinator will report to the Director of SEO and support the SEO team. This role requires a strong understanding of video production, AI-powered tools, content strategy and project management.

Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end video creation process, from ideation to publishing, using AI-powered tools for tasks like storyboarding, editing and captioning
Collaborate with writers, designers and other stakeholders to define creative direction, and ensure alignment with brand guidelines
Develop and optimize AI-driven video workflows to improve efficiency, quality and consistency
Manage a high volume of projects concurrently, ensuring timely completion and prioritization based on business needs
Monitor video performance metrics, identify opportunities for improvement and make data-driven recommendations

Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in AI-powered video creation and distribution

2+ years of experience in video production, content creation or a related field
Demonstrated expertise in using AI-powered video creation tools and technologies
Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines
Familiar with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro) and AI-based tools (e.g., Powtoon and Vyond)

Ability to perform well independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
Ability to build cross-functional relationships, influence and collaborate at all organizational levels
Proficient in workflow tools like Trello and Slack
Cybersecurity industry knowledge is a plus
Bachelors Degree in Visual Effects, Motion Graphics, marketing, film/media studies or a related field
