Job Title: Technical Solutions Specialist

As a Technical Solutions Specialist at Ketryx, youll be the technical evangelist for our Connected Application Lifecycle Management platform. Youll demonstrate how Ketryx enables life sciences teams to use their preferred DevTools and automation to generate evidence, prevent process deviation, improve quality, and release faster - ensuring patient safety and regulatory compliance.

Our ideal candidate will be passionate about improving healthcare through technology. You understand the challenges of developing software in regulated environments and can articulate how automation can transform this process. Youre equally comfortable discussing DevOps practices, regulatory requirements, and business value. This position will be onsite in our Boston office. Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and conduct tailored demonstrations of Ketryxs platform, highlighting key pain points, features, and benefits.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to understand client needs and craft solution proposals emphasizing our key value propositions: higher quality, faster releases, and inspection readiness.
  • Address technical questions about Ketryxs integration with various DevTools and its benefits for the software development lifecycle.
  • Provide feedback to our development team based on client interactions.
  • Stay updated on life sciences regulations.

Required Skills

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering, or related field
  • Strong understanding of Application Lifecycle Management, DevOps practices, and software development in regulated environments
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, able to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
  • Experience with various DevTools and understanding of their role in the software development process
  • Familiarity with life sciences regulations (e.g., FDA, EMA) and software validation requirements
  • Willingness to travel
