The Role: Partner Director
We are seeking a strategic and dynamic Partner Director to join our growing team at Klarity. In this role, you will be responsible for cultivating and managing strong, long-lasting partnerships with key stakeholders, including technology vendors, channel partners, and strategic business allies. You will play a critical role in the development and execution of our partner strategy to drive revenue growth, expand our market presence, and strengthen our ecosystem of partners. As a Partner Director, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to ensure seamless collaboration and alignment with Klarity’s overarching business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner Strategy & Execution: Develop, implement, and optimize a comprehensive partner strategy to drive business growth, including identifying new partners, managing existing relationships, and expanding our global partner ecosystem.
Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key executives at strategic partner organizations, fostering mutual success and maximizing business opportunities.
Revenue Growth: Identify and execute on joint go-to-market opportunities, initiatives, and programs that result in significant revenue generation and long-term growth.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, product, and operations teams to align partner initiatives with Klarity’s overall business objectives and customer needs.
Partner Enablement: Lead the development of partner enablement programs, ensuring partners have the tools, resources, and training needed to successfully sell and support Klarity’s products and solutions.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Establish KPIs to measure the success of partner initiatives and ensure accountability and progress toward revenue targets.
Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to identify emerging opportunities for Klarity and its partners.
Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of partner managers, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and high performance.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Experience: 15+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or channel management within the technology or SaaS industry, with a strong track record of success in driving partner-related revenue growth.
Leadership: Proven leadership experience managing and mentoring high-performing teams, with the ability to influence and inspire stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Partner Management Expertise: Demonstrated experience in building and managing relationships with large technology partners, channel partners, and other strategic business alliances.
Strategic Thinking: Strong ability to think strategically, with an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to develop long-term, scalable partner programs.
Sales & Business Acumen: Strong sales orientation with a deep understanding of sales processes and the ability to drive joint sales initiatives with partners.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present to and influence senior stakeholders.
Analytical Skills: Data-driven approach to tracking partner performance, with the ability to translate metrics into actionable insights and strategic decisions.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
