The Role: Partner Director

We are seeking a driven and passionate Partner Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will support Klarity’s partner strategy by managing key relationships with our technology, channel, and strategic business partners. This is an exciting opportunity for someone in the early to mid-stages of their career who is eager to grow in a fast-paced and innovative environment. You will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure strong partner engagement, contribute to revenue generation, and drive Klarity’s business objectives forward.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner Relationship Management: Assist in managing and nurturing relationships with key partners to ensure successful collaboration, ongoing communication, and the achievement of joint goals.

  • Partner Engagement: Support the execution of partner initiatives, programs, and campaigns to ensure partners are equipped to succeed and drive mutual business outcomes.

  • Revenue Generation: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to identify co-selling opportunities, track partner pipeline performance, and contribute to partner-driven revenue growth.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including product, sales, and marketing, to align partner initiatives with business goals and customer needs.

  • Partner Enablement: Assist in the development and delivery of partner enablement resources, such as training programs, sales tools, and marketing materials to ensure partners are well-equipped to sell and support Klarity products.

  • Market Insights: Monitor and share relevant industry trends and competitive insights to inform partner strategy and business development.

  • Reporting & Metrics: Track and report on partner performance, helping to measure the impact of initiatives and ensure alignment with KPIs and business objectives.

  • Event & Program Support: Assist in the planning and execution of partner events, webinars, and other partner engagement programs to foster strong relationships and drive business opportunities.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Experience: 3-7 years of experience in partner management, business development, or sales support in the technology, SaaS, or AI industry with a track record of sustained superior performance.

  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with partners and internal teams.

  • Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

  • Sales-Oriented: Some understanding of sales processes and a strong drive to support sales initiatives and partner success.

  • Problem Solver: Proactive approach to identifying challenges and finding innovative solutions to support partner relationships.

  • Organization & Detail-Oriented: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with attention to detail and deadlines.

  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM systems, project management tools, and partner management platforms to track and analyze performance.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
