Supply Implementation Specialist - Remote Remote_United States

The position is responsible for driving the supply inventory management system and ERP implementation project initiatives. Primary goals will focus on delivering tailored solutions that meet and exceed client expectations through the execution of physical and virtual implementation processes. Collaboration within the company at multiple levels to understand and meet internal and external stakeholder expectations.

Job Responsibilities:  

  • Lead the design and implementation execution of standardized Supply Management processes across Procurement, Planning, Inventory Management, and related functions

  • Collaborate with IT, lab staff, implementation teams, to resolve issues and ensure smooth adoption of the new process across the North America

  • Partner with key hospital laboratory stakeholders to understand and document supply management requirements, driving alignment between lab operational needs and the AWS/LCA platform

  • Influence process improvements, tools, and operating models to enhance efficiency

  • Act as a key member of the SM implementation team, contributing to SM requirements, and driving implementation with a focus on people, processes, and technology alignment

  • Understanding supply management processes within lab operations and PeopleSoft/Oracle is highly recommended

  • Be familiar with key integration points, system configurations, data migrations / insertions / extractions and master data management within SM modules

  • Willing to be hands-on with the LCA/Client data and processes to develop a complete understanding of the business operations and how it can be optimized through the platform

  • Collaborate closely with the Change Management team to champion new processes and support employee adoption across the supply chain functions

  • Support the program management office in achieving key milestones and goals for implementation. Oversee all aspects of the ERP implementation life cycle, including site requirements gathering, customization, testing, cutover, and deployment

  • Work with cross-functional teams to align on process redesign, standardization, and system adoption

  • Lead and attend business process discussions, ensuring that decision-making processes align with program objectives and are well documented

  • Evolve into an SME role to support supply chain system users with training, troubleshooting, system design, process enhancements, and improvements

  • Create, maintain and monitor site implementation plans, schedules, and deliverables, reporting tasks’ status as ‘on track,’ ‘behind,’ ‘ahead,’ etc. when requested

  • Assist in preparing for SM Steering Committee Meetings

  • Document and follow up on key actions and decisions from meetings

  • Prepare presentation materials for meetings

  • Ensure adherence to project frameworks, maintaining proper documentation

  • Provide support for all other job duties, as assigned or needed

Job Requirements: 

  • Associate’s Degree or equivalent

  • 3+ years of supply management experience

  • 1+ Years of project management experience preferred, with a focus on ERP implementations, specifically in Supply Management modules like Procurement, Planning, Inventory Management, etc

  • Travel (90%) to various hospital laboratory site locations to implement technology, process and system for use

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Understanding of Lab Operations workflows

  • Experience managing projects in a fast-paced, agile environment

  • Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills

  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

  • Experience with SmartSheet or other project management tools

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects while meeting aggressive deadlines

Pay Range: $50,000 - $70,000

All job offers will be based on a candidate’s skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data.
