JOB DESCRIPTION

Come work directly with Lendio’s world-class marketing team to ideate, scope, and deliver analyses to support a $XM monthly ad spend. You love solving problems and using data to help improve the business. The ideal applicant for this role has 0-2 years of experience in business analytics, through internships or full-time work. You are able to effectively manage communications with stakeholders and provide strategic, data-driven insights. Marketing experience is not necessary, just a desire to learn, experiment, and help drive change.

WHAT YOULL DO

  • As a key member of our growth marketing and experimentation team, you will support and partner with team members across Lendio to impact marketing objectives

  • Utilize organizational and data knowledge to proactively provide strategic insights to help the marketing team optimize the top of the sales funnel, with a focus on driving KPIs forward

  • Interpret data, analyze results and prepare daily, weekly, monthly and ongoing reports for channel managers and experiments

  • Help our marketing team to be data rich and not insights poor. 

  • Create SQL queries and ad-hoc reporting to support required custom analysis that cannot be accomplished with existing data sources

  • Present findings and strategize with marketing leadership, including Creative, Product Marketing, SEO, and Paid team

WHO YOU ARE

  • A driven data-minded individual with a desire and passion to learn more about the marketing/growth/experimentation world. 

  • Hungry to learn and work across Lendio’s tech stack: Snowflake, GitHub, Tableau, ThoughtSpot, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target

  • Passionate about solving problems with data and a high level of intellectual curiosity

  • Desire to learn and help optimize across Lendio’s growth team, including paid search, affiliate marketing, and experimentation programs


 

REQUIREMENTS

  • B.S. degree Statistics, Analytics, Business, or other Quantitative-focused degree

  • 0-2 years work experience with analytics in a business setting, including internships

  • Working knowledge of SQL, experience with statistical languages like Python or R preferred  and work across the entire Marketing team

  • Highly motivated to work on multiple projects and be a team player with a startup spirit

  • Solid written and oral communication skills and ability to share findings with a non-technical audience at Sr. Leadership levels (Hybrid Tues/Wed in-office)

$85,000
