Senior Frontend Engineer - Issuing

As a Senior Frontend Engineer at Lithic, youll be at the forefront of building the tools that power modern fintech. Youll create intuitive interfaces that make complex payment operations simple and accessible, directly impacting how thousands of companies manage their card programs and payment flows. Your work will help define the future of financial infrastructure tools, making them more accessible and enjoyable to use.

What Youll Do:

• Take ownership of significant frontend initiatives, from conception to deployment, that shape how companies and bank partners interact with our payment infrastructure
• Build and enhance our customer dashboard and developer tools with a focus on performance, usability, and technical excellence
• Collaborate with product and design teams to transform complex payment workflows into intuitive user experiences
• Contribute to our component library and design system, ensuring consistency and maintainability across our products
• Optimize application performance and implement frontend best practices that scale
• Participate in code reviews and technical discussions that elevate our entire teams capabilities
• Help shape our frontend architecture decisions and technical direction

What Youll Bring:

• 4+ years of experience building complex web applications
• Strong expertise in TypeScript and modern JavaScript practices
• Deep experience with Vue.js (our primary framework) or similar framework
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality, well-documented, and maintainable code
• Strong understanding of web performance optimization and frontend architecture
• Experience working with REST APIs and complex data flows
• Passion for creating intuitive user experiences and attention to detail
• Bonus: Experience with fintech products or developer tools
• Bonus: Experience building and maintaining design systems

Base Salary for US Senior Level Candidates: $160,000 - $190,000 + equity
