Imagine having an enterprise-grade AppStore at work — one that ensures you can easily search, request, and gain access to any app you need, precisely when you need it. No more long waiting times with outstanding IT requests. Lumos is solving the app and access management challenges for organizations of all sizes through a unified platform. Our fast-growing startup is pioneering the way to untangle the complex web of app and access management by building the critical infrastructure that defines relationships between app, identities and data.
Why Lumos?
- Jump on a Rocketship: Since launching out of stealth mode just over 2 years ago, our team has grown from 20 to ~100 people and our customer base has 10x’ed with companies like GitHub, MongoDB and Major League Baseball!
- Build with Renowned Investor Backing: Andreessen Horowitz (a16z) backed us since the beginning and weve raised over $65m from Scale, Neo, Greg Brockman (President at OpenAI), Phil Venables (CISO at Google), and others.
- Thrive in a Unique Culture: You’ll join an early-stage company where you have actual influence on the trajectory of the company. We deeply care about our people and the philosophy we live by - check out our values here.
As our Data Analytics Lead, you will enable Lumos to make clear data-based decisions. You will have the opportunity to take our existing data foundation, build upon it, and shape the way we measure the business, communicate with our customers, and enable cross-functional teams to look around the corner.
✨ Your Responsibilities
- Data Infrastructure + Enablement: Spearhead projects in conjunction with our infrastructure and product engineering teams to build our core data layers and ingest various data sources to build simpler queryable tables.
- Data Enablement: Transform the data into actionable dashboards and insights for cross-functional teams such as Customer Success and Product.
- GTM Enablement: Empower our sales/customer teams by surface customer-level data at an individual and aggregate-level to support faster adoption, implementation, growth and retention.
- Product Analytics: Collaborate with Product to develop and refine key KPIs in support of product health. Support product managers in using data to uncover the biggest bottlenecks and find answers to product adoption questions
- Operational Reporting: Align with leadership to define business-level KPIs to lead the development and maintenance of our core business dashboards to help teams drive operational rigor and manage performance. Support business partners in understanding metrics movements and trends in our business and while product, while also proactively detecting issues in metrics and triaging with cross-functional partners.
- Operational Deep Dives: Tackle complex business questions where the data and insights lie across several data sources. Proactively use data to highlight findings and make recommendations that shape Lumos’ growth.
