About the Role 
The Senior Product Marketing Manager for Complex Care will play a critical role in shaping the future of our mental health programs that address the needs of members with complex mental health conditions. This role will require deep collaboration with clinical, product, and cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions and bring them to market. You will own the go-to-market strategy for Complex Care, focusing on solution differentiation, growth, and driving market demand.

Responsibilities:

  • Product Development & Collaboration: Partner with clinical, product, and other internal teams to design and enhance programs addressing complex member needs, ensuring alignment with Lyra’s mission of delivering innovative mental health care.
  • Market Insights & Voice of the Customer: Lead market research efforts to understand member and customer needs, competitive landscape, and emerging trends. Use insights to influence product roadmaps and inform product positioning.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive GTM strategies for Complex Care, ensuring successful product launches, field enablement, and product adoption.
  • Positioning & Messaging: Create compelling messaging that differentiates Lyra’s Complex Care category and product suite, emphasizing its unique value proposition for members, benefits leaders, and partners.
  • Growth Strategy: Build strategies to drive growth for Complex Care category and products, including upsell opportunities, expansion strategies, and lead generation. 
  • Launch Execution: Lead launch plans for new programs and products within Complex Care, coordinating with marketing, clinical, product, and enablement teams to deliver high-quality assets, webinars, release notes, and sales collateral.
  • Performance Tracking: Define and track key performance metrics such as win rates, ACV influence, product/program utilization, and member satisfaction to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Thought Leadership & Storytelling: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to produce thought leadership content and elevate Lyra’s leadership in mental health care for complex conditions.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience of 8+ years in product marketing, preferably in health care, technology, or mental health solutions.
  • Strong understanding of go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and messaging.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with clinical and product teams to translate complex needs into market-ready solutions.
  • Excellent storytelling and communication skills with a strategic mindset focused on long-term growth.
  • Demonstrated experience driving successful product launches and growing product lines through data-driven strategies.
