M9 Solutions is seeking a Scrum Master to work hybrid remote/on-site on a government contract for a client located in Rosslyn (Arlington), VA. An active Secret clearance is required.

Responsibilities

Act as an enabler for the effective functioning of an engineering and analytics team using Scaled Agile.
Work in partnership with the team delivery leads to help realize project goals.
Coach and mentor the Scrum Team, removing barriers to successful implementation and enabling a continued focus on the task at hand.
Facilitate scrum and agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Support preparation and participation in ART and program-wide agile ceremonies such as Scrum of Scrums, system demos, and feature acceptance.
Identify and report progress via appropriate metrics.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Active Secret clearance.
Some experience with Scrum methodology.
Some experience with Agile methodology.
Experience in Azure DevOps is strongly desired.

$60,000—$180,000 USD
