M9 Solutions is seeking a Senior Oracle E-Business Suite DBA to work remotely on a government contract for a client located in Scottsdale, AZ. An active Secret clearance is required.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain Oracle databases hosted on AWS infrastructure.
Provide technical direction on integration of solution components with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (aka OCI), DISA and ERP Common Services.
E-Business Suite R12.2.x Application Installation.
EBS Cloning / Refreshing Instance.
EBS CPU/PSU Patching using ADOP Patching Cycles.
Debugging ADOP related issues:
- EBS Application System Administration
- Concurrent Manager Setting/Monitoring
- User Provisioning, Roles/Responsibilities Assignment
- Workflow Setup
- Parallel Concurrent Processing Setup
Environment builds, upgrades, CPUs, and maintenance of most recent versions of Oracle EBS and Databases.
Provide support to the System Implementer, Integrated Program Office (IPO) and other programs as directed and approved by the PM and/or Chief Engineer, relating to the architecture, design, installation, configuration, integration of products and services, performance and operations of the software solution components.
System monitoring, performance tuning, load balancing, and capacity planning.
Implementation and maintenance of application and database security.
Design and architecture reviews from a performance engineering perspective.
Development and execution of performance tests and benchmarks.
Establish application and database performance best practices for the program to build into their designs.
Lead the various teams on how to identify application performance bottlenecks, how to gather and interpret diagnostics, techniques to diagnose the problem, and make recommendations on how best to resolve the performance issue.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Active Secret clearance is required.
Strong background in Oracle database administration with hands-on experience in managing databases in AWS cloud environments.
5 – 7+ years of experience within Oracle eBusiness Suite (EBS) R12.2 application environment, both Technical and System Administrator responsibilities.
IAT Level II Certification or higher-level certificate (Security+ CE, CASP+ CE, CISSP, etc.).
Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related technical discipline.
Database 12c/19c (installation, cloning, configuration, upgrade, and patching).
Working experience in Linux and/or Solaris.

Preferred Qualifications:

Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Associate/Advanced level certification.
Oracle Database 12c Certified Professional.
Oracle E-Business Suite Certification.
Knowledge of Oracle RAC, RMAN.
Experience in Middleware for Oracle Fusion, Oracle Identity and Access Management, Oracle SOA, Oracle Enterprise Manager, Oracle Application Express (APEX).
Experience in DevSecOps tools such as Jenkins, Bitbucket, and Ansible.
Experience working with virtual, blended, and separate subcontractor teams.
Knowledge of private or public cloud technology.

$60,000—$180,000 USD
