Key Responsibilities

  • Build a very good understanding of customers and market
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Provide solutions for customer issues and act as voice of customer in the organization
  • Act and communicate proactively whilst keeping customers informed of relevant topics
  • Take an active role in internal as well as external customer meetings together with Sales Specialists/Operations etc.
  • Uncover upselling and cross-selling opportunities which will be of value to our customers
  • Coordinate closely with other teams to ensure that agreed turn times are achieved for customer requests
  • Address root causes and seek improvement opportunities on daily tasks/responsibilities

We are looking for

  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Strong preference for candidates with experience in Logistics/Ocean transport, as well as experience with a WMS
  • Proficiency in both written and verbal communication in English is required, knowledge of Dutch is a preference.
  • Motivated and enthusiastic person with a can-do attitude and a passion for solving complex issues
  • Customer-first mindset: Build relationships, understand needs, and create mutually beneficial solutions
  • Stakeholder management: Effectively manage stakeholders, resolve conflicts, and influence without authority
  • Availability to work from Maasvlakte
