We are looking for a 2nd line IT Support Technician passionate about delivering a friendly and robust service to their business colleagues at all levels for our brand-new office in Warszawa.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide onsite support for IT equipment, including desktops, servers, printers, and video conferencing tools.
Work with remote teams for software distribution, monitoring, and infrastructure services.
Prepare, set up, and troubleshoot PCs, mobile devices, and IT accessories.
Perform diagnostics and liaise with vendors for hardware issue resolution.
Manage asset lifecycle, keeping records updated in the centralised database.
Ensure timely resolution of incidents and meet service level agreements (SLAs).
Document processes and contribute to service improvements.
We Are Looking For:
A proactive and organised IT professional with strong problem-solving skills.
A service-oriented individual with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
A team player who can also work independently with minimal supervision.
Someone with strong time management and prioritisation skills.
A person committed to delivering high-quality IT support and customer service.
Required Experience & Skills:
Good desktop knowledge - Windows 10 \ VPN \ Citrix.
Good knowledge of setting up PCs, including BIOS configuration, Microsoft operating systems, and connectivity (LAN, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth).
Good knowledge of the most common PC accessories and how to connect them, i.e. printers, mice, and external drives.
Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, SharePoint, Teams, Project, Visio).
Able to do basic setup of mobile devices like iOS devices, Android devices, etc.
Good understanding of IT infrastructure components.
Basic network troubleshooting skills.
Knowledge of Active Directory.
Knowledge of an IT Service Management application such as Service Now.
Basic knowledge of AV equipment (meeting room).
Language skills:
Fluent in English and Polish (min B2)
Start date: ideally mid-May 2025 or June 2025 at the latest.
Seniority: mid-level, up to 5 years of experience.
Location: mainly onsite from the office in Warszawa (centrally located).
