We are looking for a Senior Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to join our Finance team. You will play a critical role in driving our financial planning processes, delivering insightful analysis, and supporting strategic decision-making across the company. This is an opportunity for someone to lead a critical function at a fast-paced, mission-drive SaaS company, partnering with the broader finance team and business leaders across the company to help deliver financial results. This is a hybrid remote role and requires the ability to work from our New York City office 2-3 days per week.
What You’ll Do
As part of our team, here are some things you will work on:
- Build and maintain financial models to forecast revenue, expenses, and cash flow for quarterly and annual planning cycles.
- Collaborate with department leaders to gather inputs for budget updates and assess variances against financial targets and drive active budget management through proactive partnership with the business
- Partner with the GTM function to optimize organizational planning and sales compensation strategies
- Ensure accurate reporting of KPIs across the business to assess performance trends
- Parter with the business to optimize spending on vendor contracts and cloud hosting
- Perform bespoke analysis to assess the impact of new products and pricing strategies
What You’ll Need
We’re looking for an FP&A Senior Manager with 5+ years of professional experience in financial analysis, planning, or accounting. This experience is necessary to enable you to manage complex financial models, interpret financial data for actionable insights, and provide meaningful support to leadership and departmental teams. Experience at a growing B2B SaaS company is required.

Our team is based in New York City, and it is required that candidates are able to work in the office 2-3 days per week.
We feel passionately about equal pay for equal work, and transparency in compensation is one vehicle to achieve that. Total compensation for this role is market competitive, including a target base annual salary range of $160,000 - $180,000 plus bonus opportunity, company stock options, and a full benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and a 401k plan.
