We are looking for a Recruiter to join our team on a contract-to-permanent basis. You will play a key role in scaling our team by owning full-cycle recruiting across various departments. As we continue to grow, youll help shape a thoughtful, inclusive, and efficient hiring process while working closely with hiring managers and cross-functional partners. This is an exciting opportunity for someone early in their recruiting career who is passionate about connecting great people with meaningful work.
What You’ll Do

Partnered with a hiring manager to launch a new role, aligning on profile, interview process, and sourcing strategy

Reviewed applications and conducted initial screens for a variety of open roles.

Maintained structured workflows in Greenhouse, ensuring accurate candidate data and a smooth hiring experience

Sourced passive candidates for a hard-to-fill role using LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms
-
Collaborated with another recruiter to troubleshoot an interview process bottleneck
-
Participated in a debrief session, helping drive a balanced and inclusive decision-making conversation
-
Shared key recruiting metrics and candidate pipeline updates with department leaders
What You’ll Need
We’re looking for a recruiter with 1–3 years of experience in a high-growth environment — ideally at a SaaS or tech company. Experience using Greenhouse is strongly preferred.

This is a contract-to-permanent role based in New York with hybrid flexibility. 1-2 days in our Bryant Park Office
