Job Description
The Territory Sales Representative is responsible for promoting and driving the growth of Diamond and other MasterBrand cabinet lines within Lowe’s home improvement stores within a territory that includes Jacksonville, FL and Savannah, GA. This role focuses on increasing market share by cultivating relationships with in-store designers, providing expert product and sales training, and offering support for computer design programs. We welcome candidates who bring strong potential and are willing to learn; comprehensive training on our products, business model, and tools will be provided.
Responsibilities
- Drive MasterBrand cabinet sales within Lowe’s stores across the assigned territory.
- Capture market share from competitors by promoting the value of MasterBrand products.
- Provide product knowledge and sales training to new and existing in-store designers.
- Mentor Lowe’s designers to improve their selling skills and technical expertise.
- Foster strong relationships with in-store designers to encourage advocacy for MasterBrand products.
- Collaborate with designers to assist in closing sales and delivering superior customer experiences.
- Conduct sales visits to each store in the territory on a regular 3–4 week cycle.
- Travel frequently within the territory, with overnight stays as needed.
- Address and resolve escalated customer concerns to ensure satisfaction.
- Manage the receipt and placement of products in new and existing stores, with the ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build effective relationships and influence others.
- Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the territory and flexibility for occasional overnight stays.
- Physical capability to lift and handle up to 40 lbs. as part of in-store setup and support.
- A growth mindset and willingness to learn about MasterBrand products and the home improvement industry.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is a plus.
- Familiarity with kitchen design software or computer-aided design tools is advantageous but not required.
- Ability to speak Spanish is a plus.
