Nous recherchons un Développeur Senior en Automatisation RPA expérimenté et innovant pour rejoindre notre équipe. Votre responsabilité principale sera de concevoir, développer et mettre en œuvre des solutions dAutomatisation des Processus Robotiques (RPA) à la pointe de la technologie qui améliorent lefficacité, réduisent les coûts opérationnels et rehaussent lexpérience client. En tant quexpert en RPA, vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec diverses équipes, partenaires externes et agents dIA pour identifier et exploiter les opportunités dautomatisation, apportant une valeur commerciale substantielle.

Responsabilités Clés :

Concevoir, développer et mettre en œuvre des solutions RPA évolutives et efficaces en utilisant Automation Anywhere, UiPath et Power Automate.
Développer et documenter des flux de travail dautomatisation de processus complexes avec des composants réutilisables pour garantir la modularité, lorchestration et la maintenabilité.
Mener une analyse approfondie des processus métier pour identifier les opportunités dautomatisation et proposer des solutions RPA efficaces.
Capacité à structurer, ajouter et évaluer le ROI des bots pour optimiser les performances et générer de la valeur commerciale.
Établir et maintenir un cadre de support solide pour surveiller et garantir les performances optimales des bots RPA.
Assurer une maintenance continue et un support pour les applications RPA, en veillant à leur bon fonctionnement.
Rester informé des dernières tendances et technologies en matière de RPA, dagents dIA et dIA, en introduisant des idées innovantes pour améliorer nos capacités dautomatisation.
Compétence dans la création et la gestion dun Centre dExcellence RPA, avec expertise en planification stratégique, leadership déquipe, gouvernance, priorisation des processus, mise en œuvre doutils, suivi des performances et promotion dune culture de linnovation.

Exigences et Compétences :

Diplôme de licence en informatique, technologie de linformation ou dans un domaine connexe.
Expérience avérée en développement RPA, de préférence avec des outils tels que UiPath, Blue Prism ou Automation Anywhere.
Compréhension solide de la logique basée sur les flux de travail avec la capacité dinterpréter les processus métier à partir de diagrammes de flux de travail et de les conceptualiser comme des solutions automatisées.
Expérience de travail avec des agents dIA pour intégrer des capacités intelligentes dans les processus dautomatisation.
Compétences exceptionnelles en résolution de problèmes, capable de transformer des défis complexes en solutions simples.
Excellentes compétences en communication, avec la capacité de transmettre clairement des concepts techniques à des parties prenantes non techniques.
Bilingue (Français/Anglais).

Job Brief: We are seeking an experienced and innovative Senior RPA Automation Developer to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be to design, develop, and implement cutting-edge Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions that enhance efficiency, reduce operational costs, and elevate customer experiences. As the expert in RPA, you will work closely with various teams, external partners, and AI agents to identify and capitalize on automation opportunities, delivering substantial business value.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement scalable and efficient RPA solutions using Automation Anywhere, UiPath and Power Automate.
Develop and document complex process automation workflows with reusable components to ensure modularity, orchestration, and maintainability.
Conduct thorough analysis of business processes to identify automation opportunities and propose effective RPA solutions.
Ability in structuring, adding, and assessing bot ROI to optimize performance and drive business value
Establish and maintain a robust support framework to monitor and ensure the optimal performance of RPA bots.
Provide continuous maintenance and support for RPA applications, ensuring they are functioning efficiently.
Up to speed about the latest RPA, AI Agents and AI trends and technologies, introducing innovative ideas to enhance our automation capabilities.
Skilled in creating and managing an RPA Center of Excellence, with expertise in strategic planning, team leadership, governance, process prioritization, tool implementation, performance monitoring, and fostering a culture of innovation.

Requirements and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience in RPA development, preferably with tools such as UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere.
Strong understanding of workflow-based logic with the ability to interpret business processes from workflow diagrams and conceptualize them as automated solutions.
Experience working with AI agents to integrate intelligent capabilities into automation processes.
Exceptional problem-solving skills, capable of transforming complex challenges into straightforward solutions.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
Bilingual( French/ English)

The incumbent of this position will provide daily support to internal and/or external clients outside Quebec and/or in the United States. Therefore, he/she must be proficient in spoken and written English. Please note that the number of positions requiring English language skills has been limited where possible.
