The Medtronic Neuromodulation Global Communications team seeks a strategic and creative Global Brand Marketing Manager to drive and execute comprehensive global brand marketing strategies and promotional initiatives. This role will focus on crafting narratives, developing brand standards, and executing integrated campaigns to drive therapy and brand awareness with core audiences. Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
As a Global Brand Marketing Manager:
Strategic Communications:
Drive the creation of global brand messaging and positioning strategies that differentiate and resonate with diverse audiences.
Develop and execute integrated communication strategies and campaigns that drive brand awareness and reinforce global market leadership.
Craft high-quality content for digital, print, social media, and promotional channels.
Maintain and update brand guidelines ensuring consistent implementation of brand standards across all internal and external communications, providing guidance and support to teams to maintain brand integrity and alignment globally.
Partner with global and regional marketing, functional and shared service teams to define brand marketing initiatives in line with business priorities.
Conduct brand health research and leverage insights to refine strategies, enhance positioning, and measure brand equity over time.
Lead the creative vision for campaigns, ensuring assets are innovative, impactful, and aligned with brand guidelines.
Collaborate with external agencies and internal creative teams to deliver engaging and visually compelling content.
Establish KPIs for campaigns, track, measure and report on performance.
Must Have: Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience or advanced degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
Nice to Have
Expertise navigating diverse cultural contexts and engaging with global audiences.
Strong relationship-building skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across functions and regions.
Proven ability to manage large-scale initiatives and deliver results under tight deadlines.
Strong problem-solving skills and a track record of developing innovative communications solutions.
Experience working with SalesForce CRM and Marketing Cloud.
Experience in the MedTech or medical device industry.
Consumer-facing communications experience.
