We’ve been on a three-year journey to modernize our U.S. distribution network and transform how we distribute our products. The Woolwich Distribution site is one of two new U.S. distribution hubs opened within the last year to enhance and streamline our delivery operations. We’re aiming to elevate the customer experience and generate cost savings with state-of-the-art technology and standardized processes. But none of it can happen without you – the people who power our operations and ensure that our customers receive our life-saving therapies when they need them.

As an Inventory Analyst, you will play an important role in managing and optimizing inventory processes across various types, ensuring accuracy, security, and compliance with operational standards. You will utilize your analytical skills to conduct inventory counts, analyze levels, and coordinate with production and sales teams to meet organizational requirements.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

  • Ensure the security, proper identification, and accessibility of inventories for authorized personnel.
  • Maintain controls over different inventory types, including raw materials, subassemblies, and finished goods.
  • Conduct physical inventory counts and reconcile findings with inventory records to ensure accuracy.
  • Verify the correctness of quantities for incoming and outgoing shipments.
  • Analyze inventory levels and collaborate with production and sales teams to align with operational needs.
  • Recommend process enhancements and system improvements to optimize inventory management.
  • Support the implementation of inventory best practices and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare reports and data analyses related to inventory metrics for decision-making.

Experience
To qualify for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria: Requires a Baccalaureate degree and minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with 0 years of experience.

    Nice-to-Have:

    Additionally, the following skills and qualifications are desirable:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
    • Knowledge of inventory management principles and practices.
    • Capacity to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Certification in inventory management (e.g., APICS CPIM).
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Proficiency in using inventory management software and ERP systems.
    • Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with internal stakeholders

    Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD):$61,600 - 92,400

    The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).
