We are currently looking for a highly motivated Medical Affairs Program Manager to join our Neurovascular Clinical and Medical Affairs group. This position can be based out of Irvine, California or Fridley, Minnesota. The Neurovascular Operating Unit provides a comprehensive portfolio of proven, powerful neurovascular technologies, setting the highest standards of integrity and reliability in Acute Ischemic and Hemorrhagic Stroke Care. Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Drive evidence dissemination and outreach for safe and effective use of our products.
- Develop, implement and oversee integrated evidence-based medical affairs strategic plans
- Utilize subject matter expertise to provide medical input to various functions to facilitate insightful decision-making and enable achievement of business objectives.
- Help manage day-to-day activities related to investigator-initiated studies, including review of submissions, contracting, payments, and management of study materials.
- Responsible for ensuring marketing materials comply with regulatory requirements and internal guidelines.
- Collaborate with external Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), medical societies, and professional organizations to build relationships and drive scientific engagement
- Respond to Medical information requests
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners including Clinical Science, Regulatory Affairs, Marketing on evidence generation strategies, claims matrices etc
- Lead the development of scientific messaging and ensure consistency across internal and external communication materials
- Drive continuous improvement within the Medical Affairs team, identifying opportunities for process optimization and innovation
- Provide medical input and guidance on product development, risk management, and evidence generation strategies to support product lifecycle management
- Collaborate with external Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), medical societies, and professional organizations to build relationships and drive scientific engagement
- Support Clinical Research partners with scientific writing such as publications and regulatory submissions.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the science behind our products.
- Develop competitive intelligence in our therapy space.
Must Have - Minimum Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience or advanced degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
Nice to Have
Advanced degree (Ph.D, MD)
- Neurovascular medical device experience
- Ability to influence and collaborate with peers, develop, and coach others, and oversee and guide the work of other colleagues to achieve meaningful outcomes and create business impact.
- Experience effectively writing and verbally communicating to all levels internally and externally within a regulated environment.
- Experience effectively collaborating with different functional groups.
