A Day in the Life
This role is base on-site in Lafayette, CO. It is NOT open to remote.Careers that Change Lives
This position has the responsibility and authority to provide logistical, administrative, and decision-making support for the Navigation Access Center (NAC). Responsible for the coordination and scheduling of all capital and disposable products managed by the NAC, system logistics, and system transportation. Also responsible to update and maintain the regulatory database and NAC department databases. Strive to improve customer satisfaction levels throughout our organization. Assist with data gathering, quality compliance and input to the program’s processes to ensure a functional and effective evaluation or case at each site. Interfacing with all levels of the organization as necessary will be required. Maintains document and data management processes for revenue generating opportunities. Compiles and reports operational and financial metrics relevant to the field Sales and Services organization.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
Communicate with Field Sales, Marketing and Education organizations to help gather all information needed to schedule system evaluations, demos, hospital in-service training, meetings and tradeshows.
Communicate with Field Sales organization to ensure compliance with internal processes.
Assists Sales Operations Team with daily production management including, scheduling and prioritization issues.
Contributes to quality improvement processes (data retrieval and trending reports).
Assists and may lead ongoing training to employees, customers and technicians for future development.
Assists Sales Operations Supervisor to ensure proper training and training guide lines, materials, and procedures are followed by production personnel on the production floor
Assists in the development, implementation, and administration of program/project initiatives of Field Sales and Services.
Assist the Sales Operations team with reporting and metrics.
Provides Back up coverage for Supervisor in meetings.
Performs duties in compliance with environmental, health and safety related site rules, policies or governmental regulations.
All other duties as assigned.
Travel requirement: Less than 10%
Must Have: Minimum Requirements
Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
Nice to Have
Proven leadership abilities.
Extensive knowledge of enterprise applications used within the department (i.e. SalesForce, SAP).
Proficient in the use of PC applications including Microsoft Office suite.
Proven ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines.
Independently performs specialized function-related administrative tasks.
Proficiency in Salesforce
Previous customer service experience
