Workforce Analyst Responsibilities
  • Devise and maintain complete suite of user-oriented dashboards and meaningful, actionable data visualizations to meet the workforce needs of the business.
  • Duties include: Work with data infrastructure, tooling and process teams to triage data-quality issues and drive long-term improvement.
  • Approach and execute data requests, identifying root-cause needs and determine when discrete needs should be regular reports or dashboards.
  • Operationalize data migrations across all dashboards and reports, ensuring continuity of service and data alignment across resources.
  • Perform deep-dive analyses to answer questions and deliver insights on the root causes of data issues and make recommendations on how to best monitor and meet them.
  • Combine qualitative findings and other inputs along with data analytics.
  • Telecommuting from anywhere in United States is permitted.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Masters degree (or foreign degree equivalent) in Business Analytics, Analytics, or a related field and 12 months of work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation.
  • Requires 12 months of experience in the following:
  • 1. SQL, Python, R, VBA or similar programming language
  • 2. Excel, Tableau or other reporting/data manipulation tool
  • 3. Combining qualitative findings and other data inputs
  • 4. Analyzing data to make comprehensive recommendations for action
  • 5. Performing analyses to answer questions and delivering insights on the root causes of data issues, and
  • 6. Making recommendations on how to best monitor data repositories and meet business objectives.
