In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping our quality assurance strategy, designing innovative testing frameworks, and ensuring that our products consistently exceed the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Test Automation Strategy: Design and implement robust automation frameworks and test scripts to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness across our software products.
Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD): Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines, utilizing tools such as GitLab CI to ensure seamless deployment and consistent testing of applications.
Test Design & Architecture: Create scalable, reusable, and maintainable test architectures with a focus on maximizing test coverage and managing test data effectively.
Risk Management & Test Optimization: Identify critical areas for testing and optimize test suites to ensure both efficiency and comprehensive coverage of functionality.
Programming Language: Leverage proficiency in JavaScript to develop automated tests and improve existing test codebases.
Team Leadership & Mentorship: Lead and mentor QA teams, providing technical guidance, fostering a culture of collaboration, and inspiring high performance within the team.
Quality Metrics & Reporting: Define and track quality metrics such as defect density and test coverage, and create actionable reports to communicate findings and trends to stakeholders.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer or Architect with a focus on automation and testing strategies.
Expertise in designing and implementing automation frameworks, with hands-on experience in writing test scripts.
Strong knowledge of CI/CD practices and tools, particularly GitLab CI or comparable platforms.
Proficiency in JavaScript; familiarity with additional programming languages is a plus.
Hands-on experience in test design and architecture, emphasizing scalable and maintainable testing solutions.
Solid understanding of risk management principles in a QA context, with the ability to optimize test processes effectively.
Experience in team leadership, mentoring, and creating a collaborative team environment.
