We founded the company as a fully-remote team (pre Covid!) and are open to applicants that live within a 5 hour time zone difference of US Pacific Time.
About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative UGC Production Specialist to lead end-to-end management of collaborations with user-generated content (UGC) partners. In this role, you will be responsible for handling all aspects of partner relationships, including outreach, feedback, rate negotiations, and content usage agreements. Leveraging your expertise with video editing tools and content management systems (CMS), you will play a key role in ensuring the production of high-quality, impactful UGC that aligns with our brand objectives.
This role works closely with paid social to ensure UGC is optimized for performance, focusing on hooks, CTAs, and platform-specific best practices for Meta and TikTok ads. It relies on a feedback loop with the paid social team to analyze performance metrics, and refining content and testing variations to maximize campaign results.
Responsibilities
Manage all stages of UGC partnerships, including identifying potential creators, conducting outreach, and maintaining strong relationships.
Provide constructive feedback to partners to ensure content quality and alignment with brand guidelines.
Negotiate rates, usage rights, and licensing agreements with UGC creators to ensure fair and transparent arrangements.
Utilize video editing tools to enhance UGC for optimal quality and branding.
Maintain and organize content using CMS tools, ensuring assets are accessible and properly archived.
Stay updated on UGC trends, platform-specific guidelines, and emerging tools to maintain a competitive edge.
Ideal Candidate:
3+ years of experience in content production, social media, or UGC-related roles.
Deep understanding of UGC trends and enthusiasm for working with diverse creator communities.
Strong project management abilities, capable of juggling multiple collaborations and deadlines.
Familiarity with performance tracking tools to evaluate content success.
Proficiency in creative tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Canva, Figma) and CMS platforms (Aspire, Air).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Entrepreneurial spirit with a hands-on, resourceful approach.
