You will sit within a business unit and partner with senior HR People leaders to interpret business requirements.

How you will contribute

You will:

  • Support and partner with the Senior People Lead on the definition and execution of global and local policy and change initiatives and understand the impacts of the changes planned

  • Partner with function leads and middle managers to collaborate on creating  and delivering the functional priorities and plan, providing strategic guidance

  • Leverage data analytics in driving business solutions and decisions and support with the delivery of operational processes and leverage insights and data and translate into actionable plans to impact the bottom line and enable business strategy.

  • Lead and advise on talent management practices within assigned business unit related to workforce planning, talent acquisition strategy planning, leadership development, employee development, career and succession planning and talent mobility, approving job requisitions

  • Build end-to-end capabilities that accelerate consumer-centric growth and operational excellence

  • Consult on overhead management

  • Lead change management projects and governance that impact wider NA MSC organization

  • Supporting business and people strategy as well as defining and executing global and local policies.

  • Overseeing organization design, talent management and capability initiatives for select teams and prepare relevant leaders around Talent Forums.

  • Driving workforce performance and providing support in areas of talent, employee engagement, and change management.

  • Partnering with Workforce Analytics and Insights teams to leverage data analytics in driving business solutions and decisions.

  • Support the People Services agenda for the function, closely partnering with People Services to support delivery of operational processes and employee experience.

  • Overseeing performance coaching of line managers in compliance with business needs and KPIs

  • Planning, initiating, managing, and evaluating the HR plan, including annual planning for people overheads costs, policy implementation, employee relations, performance management, and retention strategies.

Change Management:

  • Leading wider MSC change and transformation projects including shaping culture, assessing capabilities, and creating new ways of working and organizational effectiveness.  

  • Ensuring Ways of Working are in place and team is following newly defined ways of working. 

    What you will bring & Qualifications

    • Bachelors Degree required

    • 8+ years of experience in Human Resources, Project & Change Management within HR

    • HR leader with an active curiosity, insight orientation and external perspective about people and business performance

    • Broad generalist HR skills across a range of populations with increasing responsibility ideally within FMCG/CPG

    • Ability to develop strong partnerships with function leaders

    • Ability to create a change strategy and lead complex and transformation change

    • Ability to engage, inspire, and influence people

    • Future focused by thinking ahead and anticipating new opportunities, leverages an outside in perspective through understanding of market trends

    The base salary range for this position is $117,400 to $161,425; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
