We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Process Expert to lead and guide our manufacturing operations area through a successful SAP S/4HANA implementation. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of business processes in a manufacturing environment and have a strong background in SAP ECC. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent project management skills and the ability to drive process improvements while ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.

How you will contribute
Leadership & Strategy:
Lead the business process design and reengineering efforts to ensure seamless integration of SAP S/4HANA into our manufacturing and quality operations.
Develop and execute a comprehensive implementation strategy in alignment with company goals and industry best practices.
Process Analysis & Optimization:
Analyses current processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to redesign business processes, ensuring they are optimized for SAP S/4HANA capabilities.
SAP S/4HANA Implementation:
Act as the subject matter expert, guiding the implementation team through configuration, customization, and integration processes.
Oversee data migration activities, ensuring accuracy and completeness of data transfer to the new system.
Stakeholder Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact between manufacturing teams and the implementation team.
Facilitate workshops and training sessions to educate stakeholders on new processes and system functionalities.
Lead testing efforts to guarantee functions correct process.
Change Management:
Develop and execute change management strategies to ensure a smooth transition to the new system.
Address and resolve any issues, change impacts or concerns that arise during the implementation process.
Continuous Improvement:
Monitor post-implementation performance to ensure processes are functioning as expected and delivering anticipated benefits.
Propose and implement additional process improvements as needed.

This role requires a large knowledge base of several process areas in operations. The individual needs to be the go-to technical expert in any areas of responsibility within the Materials to Inventory processes.
The role requires individual with high influence skills. Able to work with various groups and personalities to drive the team to consensus while delivering best in class solutions. A high level of travel across NA required.
Responsible for project and process decisions. Scope of work, approval for acceptance testing, role changes, access, and portfolio management.
Experience:
Minimum of 8 years of experience in business process analysis and improvement within a manufacturing environment.
Proven experience leading SAP S/4HANA implementations or similar ERP systems.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree required.
Skills:
In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA modules relevant to manufacturing (e.g., PP, MM, PM).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex business requirements into practical solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Demonstrated project management skills, including experience with change management and training.
Travel:
Occasional travel may be required based on project needs and stakeholder locations.
Work Environment:
This position may involve working in both office and manufacturing environments.
The base salary range for this position is $117,400.00-$161,425.00; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
