Senior Vice President of Enterprise Banking North America is responsible for the largest business by revenue and ACV, leading all regional enterprise financial institutions in the US, and Canada. This experienced leader will grow, develop and measure the success of a high-performing Sales and Account Management team focused on the continued growth of the nCino client base..
This role will lead a team of front-line sales leaders and be responsible for mentoring and coaching those leaders to maintain operational excellence and growth across their respective teams. They will also provide support to the sales professionals on their team to meet or exceed their goals, and provide strategic executive level engagement for key deals and accounts across North America.
This leader will also be responsible for playing a leadership role in other key cross-company initiatives as needed. The Senior Vice President of Enterprise Banking North America will be a key leader and strategic planner to ensure that the North America market has proper infrastructure and leadership depth to continue to scale and maintain growth over the next several fiscal years.


 

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS  
•    Serve as head of sales for the largest business by revenue and ACV, leading all regional enterprise financial institutions in the U.S. and Canada
•    Develops sales strategy and success metrics for region, aligning to overall business strategy 
•    Serve as a people leader by attracting and hiring  diverse talent to support nCino’s continued growth. Will continually develop talent through coaching, mentoring and setting strategic goals to drive revenue and growth. 
•    Build and maintain key customer and prospect executive relationships while implementing strategies for expanding the companys footprint within existing customer base
•    Understand target market’s business needs and accurately articulate the nCino value proposition at the executive level
•    Ensure team maintains day-to-day business process excellence by maintaining accurate forecasting and pipeline tracking, training, and best practice development/sharing
•    Coach Sales Leaders during a complex sales cycle by mapping customer’s decision-making and approval processes, compressing timelines, negotiating contracts, and closing/renewing business
•    Partner with nCino’s global system integration partners during strategic programs to establish opportunities for nCino’s SaaS products and services within the accounts
•    Partner with nCino’s Customer Success team to support their efforts to drive product adoption and business value realization
•    Represent revenue organization leadership in cross-company strategic initiatives
•    Maintain efficient high level of production while demonstrating organized process and administrative excellence

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Required 
•    Bachelor’s degree 
•    12+ years of experience in quota carrying B2B software or solution sales with demonstrated record of meeting or exceeding targets or equivalent combination of experience and education
•    6+ years of management and leadership experience
•    Account planning and execution skills
•    Demonstrated ability to align with executive decision makers, build credibility with client executives and sell to the C-suite and across both business and IT units
•    Banking domain expertise
•    Flexible problem-solver who will thrive in nCino’s fast-paced, collaborative and entrepreneurial environment
•    Strong listening skills and impeccable verbal and written communication skills
•     Ability to travel frequently within the United States to accomplish and exceed goals

The pay range for this role is based on relative market data and alignment with our compensation philosophy. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum of the pay range for each job posting, which is used to determine new hire rates/salaries and takes into consideration multiple factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills, abilities, proficiencies, experience, education, licensures/certifications, as well as business and organizational needs. nCino reserves the right to modify the posted range consistent with our internal practices and external market movement. The recruiter for this job posting can share more compensation details during the recruitment process, as base salary is only one component of the total compensation package per position posted.

The base salary range for this job is:

$198,000.00 - $311,900.00
