THE ROLE
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Content Writer to join our Sales Enablement team. As a Content Writer you will play a key role in creating engaging and effective emails, newsletter articles, talk tracks, and enablement materials for our sales team. The Content Writer will work closely with subject matter experts, cross-functional teams, and other stakeholders to ensure that all materials are engaging, effective, and aligned with the organizations goals and objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in risk and compliance and a passion for creative writing.
YOU WILL
Write a variety of content formats including articles, email templates for Sales outreach, email cadences in Outreach, summaries of current events, social media posts, case studies, coursework in our knowledge center, talk tracks for prospecting communication, and email newsletters.
Keep up to date with the latest trends, news, developments and regulations in compliance with our internal subject matter experts.
Work closely with the BDR team on creation of email sequences.
Work closely with the AE leadership team on the creation of content, solicitation emails, and proposals, including oversight of proposals and powerpoint decks.
Manage and audit the content in our LMS and CMS systems to ensure materials are updated and relevant with audits, reviews and metrics from both systems.
Work with product, customer success, product marketing and other teams to ensure we’re collaborating on the best materials for our customers and prospects.
YOU BRING
Excellent writing and communication skills: Ability to write clear, concise, and engaging content in a variety of styles.
Adept at collecting and synthesizing information from various sources, transforming it into clear and compelling sales materials that support and enhance the sales process.
Strong research abilities: Skillful at gathering and analyzing information from multiple sources Attention to detail: Meticulous approach to grammar, spelling, and fact-checking.
Adaptability: Flexibility to write on diverse topics and adjust style to suit different audiences.
Time management with a sense of urgency: Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, consistently meeting deadlines while maintaining speed and efficiency in a fast-paced environment
Creativity: Generating fresh ideas and captivating headlines to engage readers.
Compelling sales content creation: Skilled in crafting persuasive and engaging sales materials that effectively drive the sales process and motivate potential customers to take action, ultimately boosting conversions and sales outcomes.
Experience in the Risk/Compliance space is a plus

Compensation Information
Pursuant to state and local law disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience and location is $110,000 to $130,000 per year. This position may be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive award. The incentive award amount is dependent upon company performance and your personal performance and is not guaranteed.
